Heinrich Ely junior

Heinrich Ely (junior) (born August 26, 1849 in Paris ; † September 11, 1897 in Wehlheiden ) was a German glass painter, son of the glass painter Heinrich Ely (senior) and twin brother of Ludwig Ely , with whom he worked from 1854 to 1912 The workshop continued after the death of the father. The workshop, initially located in Nantes and later in Kassel-Wehlheiden, realized glazing in the then German Empire, in France and in the United States of America (USA).

The Ely brothers include a. Stained glass windows in the Protestant old and new town churches in Hofgeismar, in the Protestant city church in Homberg and in the Protestant city church in Wanfried .
