Heinrich Joseph Deuster

Balthasar Heinrich Joseph Maria Deuster (born October 29, 1799 in Simmern / Hunsrück , † October 11, 1850 in Saarbrücken ) was a German lawyer and member of parliament.

Deuster was the son of the lawyer and notary Joseph Anton Deuster. He was married to Helene Schneider and was of Catholic denomination.

From 1816 to 1821 he did military service as a volunteer in the Rheinschen Schützen Battalion, most recently as a second lieutenant. He then studied law and was ausculator at the Cologne Regional Court in 1823 and trainee lawyer in 1824. In 1826 he was first assessor in Wetzlar and then in Trier, where he became examining magistrate in 1827. In 1831 he became state procurator at the Trier regional court, in 1832 second procurator at the Koblenz regional court and in 1835 at the Saarbrücken regional court and in Trier in 1839. In 1850 he was appointed President of the Saarbrücken Regional Court, but was unable to take up the post because of his serious illness that led to his death. In 1850 he was a member of the Volkshaus of the Erfurt Union Parliament .

He last held the title of Counselor. In 1842 he received the Red Eagle Order 4th Class, in 1845 the Red Eagle Order 3rd Class with Ribbon.
