Heinrich Kerkring († 1670)

Heinrich Kerkring (* before 1613; † 1670 ) was temporarily councilor of the Hanseatic city of Lübeck .

Life

Heinrich Kerkring was the son of Lübeck councilor Heinrich Kerkring († 1613) . In 1631 he became a member of the patrician Lübeck Circle Society and in 1651 he was elected to the Lübeck Council. In 1661 he had to return his council mandate due to bankruptcy and left the (Fehling: “escaped”) city. From then on he frequently changed his secret places of refuge in order to escape his creditors.

He was married to Anna, born in 1650. from Stiten . After his death in 1672 she married the mayor of the same name Heinrich Kerkring (1610–1693) .
