Heinrich Niebes

Heinrich Niebes (born October 27, 1890 in Duisburg , † September 25, 1966 in Lindau ) was a German politician of the KPD .

Heinrich Niebes was a commercial employee and worked as a managing director. He joined the KPD after 1945. In 1948/49 Niebes was a member of the Economic Council of the Bizone for North Rhine-Westphalia . He was a member of the German Bundestag from July 10, 1952, when he replaced Walter Vesper , until the end of the first legislative period .
