Heinrich Scheele (politician, 1889)

Heinrich Scheele (born January 8, 1889 in source ; † after 1933) was a German politician ( CSVD ).

Life

Heinrich Scheele attended elementary school and later worked as a postman in Brackwede . He did military service with the 1st Guards Regiment from 1911 to 1913 and took part in the First World War with them from 1914 to 1916 . After he was awarded the Iron Cross II. Class, he served from 1917 to 1918 with Infantry Regiment 16. During the war he was wounded three times. Most recently he was taken prisoner by the French.

After the end of the war, Scheele worked again as a conductor. In addition, he was involved in youth care and politics. He was a local councilor, district councilor and church council representative. He was also a member of the Reich leadership of the Christian Social People's Service and head of the CSVD district for Westphalia-East and Lippe. In April 1932 he was elected to the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until its dissolution in October 1933.
