Heinrich Stegmüller von Wiesensteig was the writer of an illustrated astrological-medical manuscript. The calendar was dated " Buchau am Federsee January 18, 1443" and was in the Fürstlich Fürstenbergische Hofbibliothek Donaueschingen as Cod. 494.

The preciously illuminated manuscript, which was probably illustrated in the Lake Constance area , was alienated before the Donaueschingen manuscript collection was sold to the state of Baden-Württemberg in 1993 and appeared as No. 12 in the sales catalog A Selection of Manuscripts and Miniatures. Dr. Jörn Günther Antiquariat, Hamburg / London 2003 . In 2004 it was acquired by US collector Lawrence J. Schoenberg, and in 2010 it was digitized by the University of Pennsylvania. In the Lawrence J. Schoenberg Collection it bears the signature JLS463.
