Heinrich Stern (politician)

Heinrich Stern (born May 27, 1897 in Großkadolz ; † December 9, 1974 in Tulln on the Danube ) was an Austrian politician ( SPÖ ) and railroad worker. Stern was a member of the Lower Austrian state parliament from 1945 to 1949 .

Stern attended elementary school and became a business servant in 1911. During the First World War , Stern served in the military between 1915 and 1918, where he was wounded during the war. After the First World War, Stern joined the Austrian Armed Forces in 1920; after the Second World War, from 1945 to 1950, he was SPÖ district party chairman and deputy mayor in Tulln an der Donau. Stern represented the SPÖ between December 12, 1945 and November 5, 1949 in the Lower Austrian state parliament.
