Heinrich Wiener

Heinrich Wiener (born October 12, 1834 in Glogau ; † May 10, 1897 in Berlin ) was a Reich judge and judge at the Reich Higher Commercial Court .

Life

He was sworn in on the Prussian sovereign in 1854. In 1860 he was hired as an assessor for the public prosecutor's office in Stettin. In 1862 he was assistant public prosecutor and in 1864 he was transferred to Berlin. In 1866 he was promoted to second public prosecutor at the higher court . In 1867 he settled in Berlin as a lawyer at the Berlin City Court and a notary. In 1873 he was in the Federal Council commission to advise on the draft of a code of criminal procedure. In 1874 he came to the Reich Higher Commercial Court. In 1879 he joined the First Civil Senate of the Imperial Court . He was in correspondence with Nietzsche , whom he met in the summer of 1887 in Sils-Maria . In 1891 he was appointed President of the Senate for the 5th Civil Senate . In 1892 he became a member of the stock market inquiry commission . In 1896 he retired.
