The residential building registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is located south of Quedlinburg's old town in the Süderstadt district on the corner of Fröbelstrasse and Heinrichstrasse .
Architecture and history
The two-storey building, reminiscent of a villa, was built in 1927. Its design combines Art Nouveau and Heimatstil . Remarkably, an on the west side, cantilevered over the ground floor gable in framework construction . The framework is designed as an ornamental framework . The entrance area of the house is also lavishly decorated with fluted pilasters and a relief with floral decorations.
