The residential building registered in the Quedlinburg monument register is located south of Quedlinburg's old town in the Süderstadt district on the corner of Fröbelstrasse and Heinrichstrasse .

Architecture and history

The two-storey building, reminiscent of a villa, was built in 1927. Its design combines Art Nouveau and Heimatstil .
