Heinz Kiefer
Heinz Kiefer (born September 8, 1948 ) is President of the European Confederation of Police ( EuroCOP ).
After joining the senior police force in Bavaria in 1967, he joined the police union (GdP) in 1969 . Since 1988 he has worked as a civil servant for the staff council at various levels. Kiefer is a senior police officer .
Kiefer was a member of the executive board of the GdP from 1994 to 2010. After Kiefer has been on the Executive Committee of EuroCOP since 2002, he was elected its President in 2003.
