The Archdiocese of Košice or Archbishopric of Kaschau ( Latin : Archidioecesis Cassoviensis ; Slovak .: Košická arcidiecéza ) is a Roman Catholic Archdiocese in eastern Slovakia with its seat in Košice .

The coat of arms of the Archdiocese shows a golden "Andrew's Cross" ( St. Andrew , Patron of the Archdiocese of Košice) on a blue background (the color of Mary , the patron saint of Slovakia ), the lily stands for the city of Kosice, and the three flowers stand for the landscapes (Regions) in Slovakia Saris , Abov and Semplin that make up the Archdiocese. In the crown, a miter , patriarchal cross and crook .
