Heinz Mayr
Heinz Mayr (born October 20, 1935 in Braunschweig ) is a former German walker .
At the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, he came in 13th place in a 20 km walk . At the German Athletics Championships in 1961 he was German champion in 50 km walking .
Heinz Mayr initially started for Eintracht Braunschweig , later for TSV Salzgitter and VfL Wolfsburg .
