Heinz Patzelt
Heinz Patzelt (* 1957 in Vienna ) is an Austrian lawyer . He has been Secretary General of Amnesty International Austria since 1998 .
Life
Patzelt attended the Schottengymnasium in Vienna and began studying technology before turning to law and graduating with a master's degree. During his studies he worked for an advertising agency, then for a law firm and a software company. In addition, he volunteered for the Maltese for many years as a rescue driver, in the care of the disabled and in disaster control.
Since 1998 Patzelt has been Secretary General of Amnesty International Austria.
