Heinz Robert Schlette

Heinz Robert Schlette (born July 28, 1931 in Wesel ) is a German philosopher and theologian .

biography

Schlette received his doctorate in philosophy and Catholic theology . From 1962 to 1996 he held a chair for philosophy at the University of Bonn . He has been retired since 1996. Schlette published works on theology, philosophy, politics and culture. Particular attention was paid to the work of the French philosophers Simone Weil and Albert Camus . He also drew attention to the Romanian philosopher Emil Cioran and his work in Germany .
