Heinz Rother (politician)
Heinz Rother (born July 3, 1939 in Aschersleben ) is a German politician ( CDU ).
Life
Heinz Rother attended elementary school in Aschersleben from 1945 to 1953 ; This was followed by an apprenticeship as a car and engine fitter and from 1961 to 1965 studied at the engineering school for automotive technology in Zwickau .
Rother, who had belonged to the GDR CDU since 1963 , was elected to the People's Chamber on March 18, 1990 and entered the Bundestag on October 3, 1990 . In the federal election in 1990 he was directly elected in the Eisleben - Hettstedt - Sangerhausen constituency, so that he was a member of the Bundestag until 1994.
