Heinz Stögmüller is an Austrian architect from Linz , whose skyscraper designs are important points in the cityscape today. He is the winner of the culture award of the province of Upper Austria . Stögmüller was managing director of BEG Ges.mbh in Linz at the end of the 1980s.
