The City Tower Linz is a high-rise office building . At 67 meters, it is currently the fifth tallest building in the Upper Austrian capital Linz . It is located in the new Lenaupark district in the Makartviertel district of Linz . The complex was planned and built by the Linz architects Franz Kneidinger and Heinz Stögmüller .

The building was not originally a twin. Until 2003, only City Tower 1 existed with a total of 13 floors above ground. It was owned by the VÖEST steel trade. City Tower 1 was only raised by two floors in 2003/2004 and City Tower 2 was added. Since then, the twin building has been generally summarized as the City Tower Linz. The individual parts of the building are connected to one another by stairs and elevators.

City Tower 1 has had 15 floors since the addition, and City Tower 2 a total of 18 (above-ground) floors. Around 9,000 m² of usable space is available throughout the building. There is an underground car park with 90 parking spaces.
