Heinz Wagner (legal scholar, 1937)
Heinz Wagner (born January 28, 1937 in Braunschweig ) is a German lawyer and university professor.
Life
After studying in Cologne , Berlin and Göttingen , he received his doctorate in law from the University of Göttingen in 1966 . As a research assistant to Eberhard Schmidhäuser at the University of Hamburg , he completed his habilitation in 1974 (1974 private lecturer for criminal law and criminal procedure law). Since his appointment to Kiel in 1974, he has also worked as a criminal defense lawyer , mainly in white-collar criminal matters.
