Heinz Wolf (comic artist)

Heinz Wolf (* 1959 in Vienna ) is an Austrian comic artist .

Life

After training as a theater painter , Wolf worked as a storyboarder and illustrator for various media, but also as a comic artist and author. His work includes articles for the Austrian specialist magazine Comic Forum , strip series such as Franz Josef and Kathi and Die Band , works for German and Austrian comic magazines and fanzines. Together with Rudi Klein and Nicolas Mahler , Wolf founded the Kabinett für Wort und Bild in Vienna's MuseumsQuartier in 2007 and also runs the KABINETT comic passage there . Wolf also publishes the edition brunft . He lives in Vienna .
