Rudi Klein , actually Rudolf Klein , (* 1951 in Vienna ) is an Austrian comic artist and cartoonist .

Rudi Klein also publishes under his pseudonyms Ivan Klein and Ruud Klein , more rarely under his real name Rudolf Klein. His comic strips and cartoons were and are being published in various Austrian and German magazines and newspapers, including in Falter (since 1991), Standard , profil , trend , Titanic , the Süddeutsche Zeitung , the Zeit and the magazine of the Vienna Chamber of Labor .

Collections of his cartoons have already appeared in book form several times; in addition, he illustrated the five-part cartoon book series “ donated ” with his drawing colleagues Nicolas Mahler , Michael Unterleitner (“ Much ”) and Tex Rubinowitz .

Together with Nicolas Mahler and Heinz Wolf, he founded the Kabinett für Wort und Bild in Vienna's MuseumsQuartier in 2003 .
