Helena is a muse almanac that appeared in four editions from 1837 to 1840 in Bunzlau by Appun's Buchhandlung. The title meant the beautiful Helena .

Among others, Leopold Schefer (who was also considered to be his anonymous editor), Henriette Hanke , Karl Herloßsohn , Ludwig Storch and Ludwig Tieck published some of their works here. Almanacs with a similar focus were the yearbooks with the title Urania at Brockhaus in Leipzig from 1810 to 1848 and the paperback Eidora from the royal deaf-mute institute in Schleswig.
