Helga Meusinger

Helga Meusinger later verehlichte Kaufmann (* 3. February 1943 ) is a former luger of the GDR . It started for the Empor Ilmenau . Her greatest successes were the titles at the Junior European Championships in 1961 on the Schatzalp Railway in Davos and in 1962 in Bad Aussee . At national championships in the GDR , she achieved the best placement in 1963, the runner-up title behind Ortrun Enderlein .

After her active luge career , the Suhler started in the veteran area. Between 1969 and 1994 she won the veteran luge race 15 times .
