Helmi Ohlhagen (* 1967 in Hanover ) is a German painter . She is the daughter of Hermann Huttel .

Life

From 1987 to 1995 Ohlhagen studied art history, graphics and painting as well as media studies in Marburg. From 1997 to 2007 she was given teaching positions at the Justus Liebig University in Giessen and at the Philipps University in Marburg . From 2002 to 2006 she was the workshop manager for printmaking at the Institute for Fine Arts at the Philipps University of Marburg. In 2004 she was awarded the Limburg City Art Prize for painting. Since 2007 she has been a research assistant at the Institute for Fine Arts at the Philipps University of Marburg, and since 2011 deputy. Managing Director.
