Helmut Elsler
Helmut Elsler (born November 29, 1911 in Bobischau , district of Habelschwerdt , province of Silesia , † 1969 ) was a German economist and State Secretary in the Ministry of Labor of North Rhine-Westphalia .
Helmut Elsler received his doctorate in 1939 from the University of Cologne with a thesis on currency and foreign trade. From 1940 he then worked for the Düsseldorf Chamber of Commerce and Industry . He moved to the North Rhine-Westphalian state administration and from 1947 served as ministerial director or state secretary in the Ministry of Labor. He retired in 1955.
