Helmut Krumpholz

Helmut Krumpholz (born April 11, 1922 - † August 17, 2016 ) was a German administrative lawyer and President of the Federal Office for Food and Forestry.

Helmut Krumpholz was a 19-year-old radio operator in World War II. He studied law and in 1949 with the work of the secondary obligations of the seller in the mail order purchase at the Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz for Dr. iur. and 1992 with the social history work on welfare state aspects in Justinian's amendment legislation at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn for Dr. phil. PhD. Among other things, he was Ministerialrat in the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation.

From September 1973 until his retirement in April 1987, Helmut Krumpholz was President of the Federal Office for Food and Forestry, today's Federal Agency for Agriculture and Food . He succeeded Gustav Albrecht Pantel , who had been President of the Federal Office since 1962.

Helmut Krumpholz and his wife Magdalene had been friends with Noach Flug since the 1980s .
