Helmut Matt
Helmut Matt (born November 6, 1960 in Schiltach ) is a German writer .
life and work
Matt studied German , philosophy and history and graduated with a master's degree . He works as a computer scientist and freelance writer. He has published various publications, essays, travel reports for international radio stations, magazines and the online newspaper "China heute". He received awards and special prizes. He made his debut in 2009 with the novel "In the magic of the white snake - Magical insights into a mysterious land". The work was translated into English and Chinese and published in 2009 by the publishing house for foreign languages in Beijing as a bilingual study edition in German-Chinese and in 2012 in English-Chinese. In Germany the book was published by Gerhard Hess Verlag. Travel reports and essays have been published in various magazines since 2004 and translated into English, Chinese and Romanian. In 2013 Wiesenburg Verlag published “Bulgarian Impressions - Adventurous Journey through an Unknown Land”, in August 2014 the novel “Butterfly Love - The Legend of Liang Shanbo and Zhu Yingtai”, and in May 2015 the book “Estonia - Land of Songs and Legends "And in November 2015" Uzbekistan - Mysterious Land on the Silk Road ".
