Helmut Ritzer

Helmut Ritzer (born June 9, 1938 in Buckenhof ) is a Bavarian politician ( SPD ) and was Vice President of the Bavarian State Parliament .

Vita

Helmut Ritzer studied law at the University of Erlangen . After the 2nd state examination, he worked as an administrative lawyer for the city of Nuremberg from 1968 , and from 1973 he was head of the Office for Public Order and Environmental Protection. Helmut Ritzer is married, a Protestant and has two children.

politics

Helmut Ritzer has been a member of the SPD since 1957. From 1972 to 1978 he was the SPD parliamentary group chairman of the district council of Nürnberger Land. From 1982 to 2003 it belonged to the Bavarian state parliament. From 1991 to 1998 he was chairman of the committee for petitions and complaints and from 1998 vice-president of the Bavarian state parliament. He was always elected via the constituency list of Middle Franconia, his constituency was Nürnberger Land .
