The constituency of Nürnberger Land is one of around 90 constituencies in elections to the Bavarian state parliament and the district days as well as in referendums . He belongs to the constituency of Middle Franconia .

At least since the state elections in 2008 , it has included the cities of Altdorf near Nuremberg , Hersbruck , Lauf adPegnitz , Röthenbach adPegnitz , Velden and the communities of Alfeld , Burgthann , Engelthal , Happurg , Hartenstein , Henfenfeld , Kirchensittenbach , Leinburg , Neuhaus adPegnitz , Neunkirchen a.Sand , Offenhausen , Ottensoos , Pommelsbrunn , Reichenschwand , Schnaittach , Schwarzenbruck , Simmelsdorf , Vorra , Winkelhaid of the district of Nürnberger Land . The other communities in this district are in the Nuremberg-East district .
