Helmut von Finck

Helmut von Finck (born April 12, 1959 ) is a German banker's son and stud owner from the Finck family .

Helmut von Finck is the youngest child of the landowner and banker August von Finck (1898–1980) and his second wife, the doctor Gerda von Finck, b. Mau. Early on, he went his own way, both professionally and in school. He was involved in a discotheque in Munich. In the early 1980s he was a follower of Bhagwan and lived in 1983 in the US cult domicile Rajneeshpuram in Oregon . For several years he has been running the Gestüt Park Wiedingen , founded in 1970 , which is located near Soltau in the center of the Lüneburg Heath . With a total area of ​​80 hectares, it is one of the leading racing teams in Germany.

In 1985 Finck waived his paternal inheritance in exchange for a severance payment of 65 million DM. Since 2009 he has been trying in court to have the inheritance waiver contract that was concluded at the time declared null and void. His son Nino is also involved in the process. According to an inheritance clause in his grandfather's will, Nino von Finck is the heir to a third of the estate.

Finck is divorced and has two daughters and one son.
