Helmuth James von Moltke Prize
The Helmuth-James-von-Moltke Prize is an academic award given by the German Society for Defense Law and Humanitarian Law eV for outstanding legal treatises in the areas of security policy . The Helmuth James von Moltke Prize is awarded every two years and is named after the German resistance fighter and international lawyer Helmuth James von Moltke (1907–1945).
