Helsingin NMKY
Helsingin Nuorten Miesten Kristillinen Yhdistys ( Helsingin NMKY for short , HNMKY ; German : Christian Association of Young Men in Helsinki ) is an organization in the Finnish capital Helsinki . Their basketball department is one of the most successful basketball teams in Finland with seven national championships.
The Helsinki-based NMKY was founded in 1888. The men's basketball division won seven Finnish championships from 1946. After the 2008/09 season, the HNMKY announced its men's and women's teams from the game.

Orienteering
The HNMKY women's relay won the Venlojen viesti in 1989 with Annamari Vierikko , Marita Kymäläinen , Ulla Mänttäri and Kirsi Tiira . In 1987, 1988, 1989 and 1991 the women's relay also won the Finnish championship. Another runner of the club at that time was Kirsi Tiira's sister Johanna Tiira .
