The Henningsen Glacier is a 5 km long glacier on South Georgia . It flows in a south-westerly direction to the south coast, which it reaches between Cape Darnley and Rocky Bay .
The South Georgia Survey mapped it as part of its surveying campaign, which lasted from 1951 to 1957. The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named him in 1958 after Leonard Henningsen (1882 - unknown), manager of the Norwegian whaling company Tønsbergs Hvalfangeri in Husvik from 1945 to 1950.
