Henri Belena (born December 4, 1940 in Madrid ) is a former Spanish-French cyclist.

Belena was a Spanish citizen until April 15, 1960, when she became a French citizen. However, as early as 1958 he was part of the French cycling team UVC Aube, which not only had professional riders but also an amateur department. Belena won the Prix des Halles in Dijon for Aube in 1958 and the Grand Prix des Amis du Cyclisme in 1960. In 1960 he came second in the traditional UVC one-day race Paris – Troyes . In the 1961 stage race Tour de Guadeloupe on the French overseas ownership, he reached third place in the final ranking.

Also in 1961, Belena was nominated by the French Cycling Federation for the amateur road world championship in Bern . As a 20-year-old he only had to admit defeat to his compatriot Jean Jourden , who was one year his junior and who narrowly defeated him in a sprint.

Belena then disappeared from the results lists of the well-known cycling races . In 1963 he moved to the professional driver camp and moved to the French racing team St. Raphael-Gitane, where he met the then three-time Tour de France winner Jacques Anquetil and the German Rudi Altig . Even as a professional Belena did not appear in important races, after his contract with St. Raphael-Gitane expired, he completely disappeared from cycling.
