Henrich Knuth
Liege Count Henrich Maximilian Knuth-Knuthenborg (born July 9, 1870 in Sorø , † September 23, 1939 in Frederiksberg ) was a Danish lawyer and chamberlain .
Life
Henrich Knuth was born in 1870 as the son of the chamberlain and postmaster Adam Knuth and his wife Annette, née von Haxthausen; on his father's side he came from the very noble family Knuth .
On June 26, 1896, Knuth achieved the academic degree of cand.mag. in political science . In 1897 he became an assistant in the 2nd Audit Department of the Ministry of Finance. On May 12, 1900, Knuth married Anna Sophie Elisabeth Vind (1876–1961) in the Holbæk Kirke , daughter of Chamberlain Sophus Holger Gustav Vind. In 1901 the son Eggert Adam Knuth , later a diplomat, was born.
On December 5, 1910 he became chamberlain. Knuth was 1st degree commander of the Dannebrog Order .
