Henrik Filip Johnsen

Henrik Filip Johnsen (* 1717 in England, † February 12, 1779 in Stockholm ) was a Swedish composer of English origin.

Johnsen was chamber organist for Adolf Friedrich von Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorp , who later became King of Sweden. With this he went to Stockholm in 1743, where he worked as organist at Sancta Clara and as a music teacher. He composed symphonies, organ and harpsichord pieces, drama music and songs.
