Henrikas Radauskas
Henrikas Radauskas (born 1910 in Krakow , Poland , † August 27, 1970 in Washington, DC ) was a Lithuanian poet and writer .
Life
After the independence of Lithuania , Radauskas' family returned there. He studied Lithuanian, German and Russian literature at the Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas . From 1936 he worked as a publisher. From 1937 to 1941 he worked in Kaunas. In 1944 he emigrated to Berlin and then lived in Reutlingen . In 1949 Radauskas emigrated to the USA . In the last years of his life he worked for the Library of Congress .
Poetry collections
He wrote four collections of poetry:

- Strėlė danguje ( The arrow in heaven )
- Žiemos daina ( Winter Song )
- Eilėraščiai ( poems )
