Henry Jones (philosopher)
Sir Henry Jones (born November 30, 1852 in Llangernyw , † February 4, 1922 ) was a Welsh representative of British idealism .
Jones graduated from Bangor Normal College and became a teacher at Brynamman . He later continued his studies at the University of Glasgow , Oxford and Germany. In 1882 he married a Scottish woman and later lived in Scotland.
Jones was promoted to Knight Bachelor in 1912 . Since 1904 he was a member ( fellow ) of the British Academy .
