Henry Marshall (politician)
Henry Marshall (born December 28, 1805 in Darlington County , South Carolina , † July 13, 1864 in De Soto Parish , Louisiana ) was an American politician .
Marshall held a seat in the Louisiana Senate . He was also a delegate to the Louisiana Convention on Secession in 1861 . He was then elected to the Provisional and the First Confederate Congress.
He died in De Soto Parish in 1864 and was buried in Trinity Cemetery near Gloster .
