Henry Raabe
Henry Raabe Méndez (born March 14, 1983 in Cartago ) is a Costa Rican cyclist .
Henry Raabe was three times Costa Rican elite champion in road races and individual time trials . In 2007 and 2008 he won the overall ranking of the Vuelta Ciclista a Costa Rica . Raabe represented his country at the 2008 Olympic Games , but was overtaken in the road race.
