Herbert Buchner
Herbert Buchner (* 1939 ) is a German legal scholar .
Life
From 1958 to 1962 he studied law (1964 doctorate to Dr. iur. / 1970 habilitation ). From 1963 to 1970 he was an assistant at the Law Faculty of the University of Munich . After the 2nd state examination in law in 1966 / II, he taught university lecturer in Munich in the 1970/71 summer semester . In the 1970/71 winter semester he was a professor at the University of Cologne . Since September 22, 1971 he has been a professor in Augsburg . The retirement took place in the winter semester 2007/2008.
