Herbert Rohrmair-Lewis

Herbert Rohrmair-Lewis (born October 2, 1976 ) is an Austrian entrepreneur and was Federal Chairman of the Young Economy from 2014 to 2016 .

Career

After primary school and the federal sports school in Astgasse in Vienna, Rohrmair-Lewis completed his secondary education at the commercial academy while working. As a result, he graduated from the WIFI Vienna Advertising Academy .

For 10 years he worked for agencies such as DDB, Demner, Merlicek & Bergmann or Ogilvy & Mather , where he was the budget director from 2002 to 2006.

He has been self-employed since 2006 and is the owner of the Lobster advertising agency and the HERO Communication investment company. Since 2016 Rohrmair-Lewis has also been the managing director of Hidden Gem, a start-up that is dedicated to the distribution of Austrian wines. In 2017 he merged Lobster with the advertising agency Zum golden Hirschen and founded the branch of the public affairs agency 365 Sherpas in Vienna.

Representation of interests

In 2008 Rohrmair-Lewis became project group leader for sales and advertising of the Junge Wirtschaft Wien before he was elected to the regional board of JW Vienna in 2009. In 2010 and 2011 he was a member of the federal board of the young economy. From 2014 to the end of 2016, Rohrmair-Lewis was Federal Chairman of the Young Economy.

In 2011 Rohrmair-Lewis started the social project water donation , with which a well in Sierra Leone could be financed. He is also the editor of the books “The Futurepreneur 2” and “Location Austria. More courage to take the lead ”. In addition, Herbert Rohrmair-Lewis is a lecturer at the Advertising Academy and mentor of the marketing community “Marketingnatives”.
