Herbert Tabeling

Herbert Peter Tabeling (born December 17, 1929 - † July 5, 2018 ) was a German architect and university professor .

Tabeling was a professor of design at the University of Siegen . He was a member of the Association of German Architects (BDA) and the German Werkbund (DWB). He has received numerous prizes, honors and awards, including the Cologne Architecture Prize , the BDA Prize of the BDA North Rhine-Westphalia and the German Architecture Prize several times .

He was married to the physician Gunhild Tabeling-Buchholz. Tabeling died at the age of 88 and was buried in the Kellerhansberg cemetery in Leichlingen .
