Heriberto Jara Corona
Heriberto Jara Corona (born July 10, 1879 in Nogales , Veracruz , † April 17, 1968 in Mexico City ) was a Mexican revolutionary and governor of the state of Veracruz . Since 1950 he was the International Stalin Peace Prize Laureate .
