The Herlitz AG Falkenhöh was in the 1990s, one in Berlin and Brandenburg active construction company with headquarters in Berlin. The company was a subsidiary of Herlitz AG , Berlin. This construction company was sold in 1999.
history
Herlitz Falkenhöh was founded in 1992 on the initiative of the CEO of Herlitz AG, Peter Herlitz. Most of the construction plans were implemented under the subsequent chairmen of the board, Detlef Stronk (1995–1996) and Martin Kleinschmitt (1996–1999). Because of the necessary restructuring to ward off insolvency of the parent company, Herlitz Falkenhöh was sold to RSE Projektmanagement AG from Hamburg in 1999.

Herlitz Falkenhöh was active both in the field of commercial real estate (offices, shopping centers) and in residential construction. The largest construction projects were:
