Hermann Bareth

Hermann Bareth (born May 19, 1887 in Weingarten , † after 1943) was a German administrative lawyer.

Life

Bareth studied law at the Eberhard Karls University in Tübingen and graduated in 1912 with the first state examination in law. Since 1905 he was a member of the Catholic student union AV Guestfalia Tübingen . After the 2nd higher judicial service examination, he was from 1922 bailiff at the Oberamt Besigheim . He then worked from 1928 to 1929 at the Ministerial Department for District and Corporate Administration. From 1928 to 1934 he was senior bailiff of the Neresheim district office . In 1934 he became district administrator of the Ehingen district until 1938 he became district administrator of the Vaihingen district . In the autumn of 1938 he was also a temporary administrator in Maulbronn . Since March 1942 Bareth was on sick leave and retired on March 31, 1943.

Bareth was a member of the NSDAP from 1933 .
