Hermann Bellinger

Hermann Bellinger (* 19th January 1898 in Gieboldehausen , † 5. March 1980 ) was a German jurist and ministry officials .

Life

Bellinger was born the son of a judge. After a degree in law and the promotion of Doctor of Law , he joined as a government in the 1929 higher service one. Until 1945 he worked as a civil servant in various Reich ministries, including as a specialist with responsibility for small settlements and social housing in the Reich Ministry of Labor .

After the Second World War , Bellinger was taken over into the administration of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia . He had worked in the Ministry of Reconstruction from 1946 , where he was State Secretary until 1958 .

During his professional career he gained experience in housing, settlement and homestead affairs. From 1959 to 1969 he was a managing board member of the Federal Association of German Heimstätten eV

Hermann Bellinger was married to Elisabeth, born in 1934. Lohaus.
