Hermann Boethke

Hermann Wilhelm Boethke , also Böthke , (born December 30, 1833 in Bromberg ; † October 25, 1912 in Potsdam ) was a German lawyer and judge . His last position was as a Reich judge.

Life

He was the son of the mayor of Bromberg, Karl August Boethke (1797-1840), who died early . After graduating from high school in 1851 at the orphanage's Latin school in Halle , he studied law at the Albertus University of Königsberg .

In 1855 he was sworn in to the Prussian king and used as an auscultator in Bromberg. In 1864 he became a district judge . He worked in Wongrowitz for many years . In 1878 he was appointed district court director. After the judicial reforms of the Courts Constitution Act of 1879, his title was District Court Counselor ; In 1881 he was appointed higher regional judge and in 1889 he came to the imperial court . He was in the IV. And VI. Civil Senate active.

When he retired in June 1900, he was awarded the Order of the Red Eagle, 2nd Class with Oak Leaves.
