Hermann Cuno (politician)

Hermann Cuno (born May 3, 1857 in Polczen ; † March 21, 1923 ) was a German businessman and politician (DVP).

Cuno was an independent businessman . After the First World War , he joined the German People's Party (DVP) in 1919 .

On March 7, 1921, after a new election in constituency 1 (East Prussia), Cuno subsequently entered the first Reichstag of the Weimar Republic , which was elected in June 1920 , where he took over the mandate from Count Alexander zu Dohna-Schlodien . He was a member of the Reichstag until his death in March 1923. His mandate was then continued for the remainder of the legislative period by his party colleague Milka Fritsch .
