Hermann Fürstenau

Hermann Fürstenau (* 1868 in Marburg , † the thirtieth September 1928 in Berlin ) was a German heads of state and administrative law .

After studying law at the Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Berlin , which Fürstenau graduated with a doctorate in 1889, he became a district judge in Oranienburg in 1898 . In 1900 he received his habilitation, and in 1901 he was employed as a district judge in Berlin. In 1907 the University of Berlin appointed him associate professor. In 1910 he was appointed to the council at the Berlin Higher Administrative Court , and in 1925 he was appointed Senate President of the Higher Administrative Court.

Fürstenau was a founding member of the Association of German Constitutional Law Teachers .
