Hermann Funken (born May 21, 1891 in Koblenz ; † unknown) was a German politician ( NSDAP ).

Live and act

After attending secondary school, Hermann Funken completed commercial training at home and abroad. He then belonged to the 44 Field Artillery Regiment in Trier for a year from 1911 to 1912 , with which he took part in the First World War from 1914 . On September 14, 1914, he was seriously wounded. From 1916 to 1917 he was a member of the 84th Field Artillery Regiment in Strasbourg . After he was shot down as a balloon observer, he was used in garrison positions until the end of the war. After the war, Funken worked as a businessman in Trier.

From November 1933 to March 29, 1936, Funken was a member of the National Socialist Reichstag for constituency 21 (Koblenz-Trier) . Although he ran again, he was no longer given a mandate.
